Congratulations to the end of the year award winners for CAHC Endurance and Limited Distance riding in 2010. The awards are open to CAHC members who complete the highest number of miles in the American Endurance Riding Conference (AERC) sanctioned rides within the state of Colorado. In 2010, there were 30 rides in Colorado for Endurance and Limited Distance. In case of mileage ties, the order of finish will determine the winners. Endurance Awards for 50 miles and over rides: 1st Place Lynn Williams Kenlyn Psyche+/ 150 miles 2nd Place Linda Price Kenlyn Gambler 150 miles 3rd Place Herb Poppe Kenlyn Challenger 105 miles Limited Distance Awards for 25 - 35 miles: 1st Place Diana Zettlemoyer Kenlyn Guaranteed 325 miles 2nd Place Judy Jacobelli Lucy 195 miles 3rd Place Terri Garrison Kenlyn Desiree+ 180 miles An extra CONGRATULATIONS is extended to the following CAHC club members that also won NATIONALLY! AERC NATIONAL Limited Distance Mileage Championship: Senior Division: 1st Place Terri Garrison on Kenlyn Desiree+ with 770 miles 2nd Place Diana Zettlemoyer on Kenlyn Guaranteed with 605 miles Junior Division: 2nd Place Taylor Fisher on Tupelo Honey Tu+ with 345 miles AERC Mountain REGION Featherweight Standings: 3rd Place Kerry Lee Redente on Bountyful Prince+ with 835 miles AERC REGIONAL Limited Distance Mileage Championship: Senior Division: 1st Place Terri Garrison on Kenlyn Desiree+ 2nd Place Diana Zettlemoyer on Kenlyn Guaranteed 7th Place Linda Fisher on Kenlyn Elusion Junior Division 1st Place Taylor Fisher on Tupelo Honey Tu+ 2nd Place Mercedes Muldoon on TL Thunder Bask To show the extra versatility of the Arabian Endurance horse, 3 club members took 6 of their endurance mounts to the Scottsdale Show in February of 2010 and showed them in the Green and Regular Working Hunter Classes (Jumping from 2'9" to 3'3" courses) and came home with 16 Top 10 ribbons and a Reserve Championship!!!
